This allergy-friendly recipe has no wheat, sugar, eggs, dairy, soy in it... just yumminess!
Yummy Non-Dairy, Sugar-free Milkshake
1 cup goat milk or rice milk
1/2 cup frozen berries (I used blueberries)
1 teaspoon vanilla
Pinch salt
2 packets Truvia
In a blender, combine the ingredients until they are smooth. Enjoy!
