Homemade "Gatorade" Rehydration (electrolyte replacement) Drink

Homemade "Gatorade" Rehydration (electrolyte replacement) Drink


1 packet Wyler's light lemonade mix (or some other 2 quart beverage you like)
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 1/2 teaspoons sea salt
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
2 - 0.5ml droppers of liquid stevia or about 3 packets of Truvia


Add 2 cups of pure water to the above ingredients in a 2 quart pitcher and mix well. Finish filling the pitcher with ice and water. Serve to hot, tired folks :)
