Allergy-friendly Meat Loaf Burgers Recipe
In a large mixing bowl, combine on low speed with an electric mixer
3 pounds ground beef
2 medium onions, finely chopped (or pureed in a food processor)
3 medium mushrooms, finely chopped
2 teaspoons fresh garlic, minced
2 tablespoons spicy brown mustard
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon Adobo
1 tablespoon sea salt
1 tablespoon parsley flakes
1/2 teaspoon thyme flakes
2 tablespoons ground flax seeds + 6 tablespoons warm water
1 cup ground corn tortillas
1/3 cup goat milk
1/3 cup water
1 packet Truvia
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Form the mixture into patties and bake them at 375F for about 15 minutes or until they are done.
