My son, the donut and Braums

Hi,

Yesterday my son succumbed to peer pressure and had a donut in Sunday School. We've not had problems with him being a major grouch and complaining about wanting to move home, etc., since I started him on the anti-inflammation protocol. Well, after the donut, he sure was fussy!!

Since we know that it is inflammation, I have been giving him EFAs (fish oil, 1000mg) and some other anti-inflammatory supplements: Vitamin D, garlic & parsley, and the vitamin B-12 sublingual. It sure seems to help him be "right" the next day when I give them before bed.

I'm doing well. I had a slip-up on Saturday. I took the girls out to Braums for lunch. I had planned a certain meal, but when I got there, they were packed. All my plans went flying out the window! I had a burger with ketchup and tomatoes, fries and a shake. Within a couple of hours, I was absolutely miserable! My brain was sludge and my muscles and joints all ached -- classic fibromyalgia symptoms... I took some ACV and within 15 to 20 minutes I was much better. Thank God for ACV! I, also, took the anti-inflammatory supplements, as I do each day.

I just muscle tested to see if I could ascertain which foods were making me snore. Wheat tested positive as did potatoes. I've just got to get off them -- I'm just so addicted! It is very difficult when they are on the menu daily. I've got to get this snoring under control, and I'm sure I'll lose weight faster without them, too.

Pray for me, please!

Blessings,
Sharron

B-12 Sublingual continued benefit

Hi,

I've been continuing to take extra of the B-12 sublingual B-Complex liquid.  I just take about 1/2 dropper whenever I feel weak, shakey, tired, hurting, etc., and it really seems to be helping with my pain level and the adrenal fatigue.

This morning we had a showing (house for sale) and I crashed about 1/2 hour before we were supposed to leave.  I was completely fatigued with fibromyalgia symptoms (muscle pain and weakness, etc.)  There was still quite a bit of work left to do.  I got a glass of water, took some of the B-Complex sublingual liquid and put my feet up for about five minutes.  Sure, it would have been nice to have been able to just go to sleep, but I didn't have the time for it.  Instead, I was able to just get up and go back to work.  I wasn't at full strength, but considering I was completely exhausted when I sat down, just getting back up is pretty amazing!

People are starting to see the difference in me.  Yesterday, my friend, B, commented on it and this evening my in-laws noticed that I was joking around and being silly.  Usually, I'm just tired and sit there when we go over there.  Not tonight!  I was up, helping with the meal and being corny, too :)

I hope these posts are helping someone.

Blessings,
Sharron

Electromagnetic Radiation, Cell Phone Towers & Cloudy Skies

I have been observing how Aaron, my 13 year old son, and I feel with different weather patterns.  It seems to be that when it is heavy overcast, our symptoms are bad.  When it is raining hard, it is the worst.  When it is clear and sunny, our symptoms aren't so bad.  I'm going to try to keep an eye on this to see if it is just a correlation or if it really is a fact.

Also, we have three cell phone towers, (actually four, though the fourth one is small), within a mile of our home.  There are no buildings blocking the emissions from these towers between them and our home.  I printed a map and all three towers do converge at our house.  I'm not sure what to do...

While the measures we have taken have helped -- Aaron is able to do school almost every day, though he feels miserable with migraines & I still have sometimes debilitating "fibromyalgia" sypmtoms -- it hasn't solved the problem.  I believe the base problem is the cell towers.  I'm really not sure what to do now.

Praying...
