My hosting arrangements are coming to an end, so I'm going to take down www.thelowcarbcook.com. There is some information in there that I want still to be available to folks, but I don't want to have to pay for it. I'm going to put the information here in my blog. The next several posts will be cut and paste pages from my site thelowcarbcook.com -- it will come down in a day or so, I believe.
I hope that folks have enjoyed the site, but since I've been paid nothing by my publisher for 2 years now, I just cannot afford to keep it up.
